Incandescent light bulbs to be banned

I didn't hear about this back in Feb but it seems Australia will ban standard lightbulbs in 2009. See an article on it here.

By forcing people to buy the more effecient compact fluorescent bulbs we'll save a huge amount of C02 and most people want have to do anything.. This is great news and I hope other countries follow. We may not have signed the Kyoto agreement but at least this helps.

Virus Emails

Virus emails are annoying, but if you operate on a MAC then most are harmless to you. I just enjoy opening up the random attachments. I've received porn, things to do lists, letters talking about breakups and resumes. It's kinda like getting wrongly addressed mail to your house and you read it.

Microsoft should make it impoosible for virus's to fake the email sender and also access the address book. Or i guess the general public just have to be a little more aware and never open up .exe files from random people.

Or everyone could switch to MAC :)
