Council Pickup Day

It was a huge day for junk in Ashfield. I went through 124 photos before i even left my street. Nearly everyone decided to throw their junk out today. So many old heaters, couches, chairs, an ancient laptop to name a few.

We actually took a box of high-heels, the laptop and a single bed mattress home. A flat mate was using a $50 foam mattress so this one on the side of the road is a huge upgrade. And no pee or poo stains!! A real bonus.

I could have spent all day photographing all the crap left on the side of the road but we had to go to the city.
