Bean Bag Mystery
You buy a bean bag and fill when you buy it. 3-4 months later its looking a little sad so you top it up. Months pass and you buy more beans. And so the vicuous cycle continues.
Will my bean bag ever fill to a point where it never needs to be filled? I mean I understand that the beans get squashed but after a while (6 years) shouldnt the beans that are squashed fill the actual space inside the bag?? Or do the bean manufacturers have a sinister plot to make people buy their beans forever.
And if the beans do hit a critical mass that they never need to be filled can't I just buy pre-crushed beans in the first place and pay that extra cost, knowing I will never have to sit on the bus form the supermarket with a giant bag of beans under my arm?
Also what is the record for the worlds biggest beanbag? I mean theres a Guiness Record I think any seamstress could tackle. Forget beard of bee's thats too dangerous.

At an educated guess, I believe a high propensity of the beanbag substance (or particle) is made of air, and therefore contains a low density factor. Over time, through general redistribution of weight, our bean bag particle, becomes compressed, expelling the air withheld in it's newly formed state. We can then extrapolate that the particles over time become more dense, yet contain the same mass (or weight) but less area giving a deflated appearance. The process of adding more beans to inflate it's appearance (and performance) is purely illusionary as we have a vast percentage of dead particles (flatten beans) infesting our household posture device.
So we end up with a situation where the bean bag becomes a more dense subject as we continually add futher mass to its structure. Should this cycle be continued over a period of 500 years, accommodating for general household use, ultimately you will end up with a bean rock or a rock bag.
