That's what I thought. Until I realised it was the Nova car giving out prizes and free Cd's. We raced down but were too late, they had already packed up.

it's a crazy world and we all get a little excited and annoyed at small things now and then. We also question our friends without thinking it through.

I'm not one to talk to someone I don't like. I don't do fake laughs (well not that often) and I don't make friends with people I don't like, just because it will help me.

What is it with Syndey

What is it with Syndey and flies. I have never considered wearing one of those occa hats with the corks, until yesterday. Everyone you look at has 3-4 flies on their back and you have to contend with constant attacks the entire day.

I prefered it when it was cold. People aren't as cranky and you balls don't sweat. And most importantly there are no flies!!!

You can only get so naked in an effort to cool down. But when you are cold there is always another blanket to chuck on.

It's amazing how hard it is to convey a simple message. I'm just glad the class is small, 5 people and that they are willing to learn. I have alot more respect for my lecturers now, as we were bastards and there was 20 of us.

2 from Kinkos and 2 from web design jobs and 1 from a print design job.

I hope this actually turns out for the better, as it did for Noel.

What could have been a very dry site has been turned into something special.

Nice clear text, clean design and with the flashturbation turned down to a minimum. (the dragable info box is the only exception)

Patternbook is a great example of a well planned and executed flash site.

A practicle example of why

A practicle example of why old poeple have designated seats on buses: It takes at least 3 minutes for an elderly woman with 3 shopping bags and a cart to get of the bus from right at the back. After shouting out wait at least 12 times she finally got off. The entire bus groans as she waddles from the back to the side door.

Note: She was way out of my proposed curfew for old people. (see Right Wing) After waiting 55 minutes fior the bus I am still subject to decrepid people making it slower to get home.

I did offer my seat to an elderly lady yet got a rude look and mumbled some words. Then after 2 stops she sites down in front on me in another seat ???!?!?!?!

Put your hand up if you love the Lifebook commercials. Yeah me too. What a great concept and well polished set of commericals.

I love how it runs over 2 ads. The copy is so tight. Just the right mix of technology and buzz, to wet your wistle for the laptop.

I see many awards and many clones to come. It has set the standard for advertising in the future

Neo Tokyo at MCA is

Neo Tokyo at MCA is awesome. Some great Japanese conceptual art. The neon signs really inspried me. This is a must see and it's free. If you happen to find youself in the city, then take a stroll down to Circular Quay and spend an hour at MCA.

Too bad you can't take photos.

I saw a guy on

I saw a guy on the bus yesterday with one dred that was the size of a baggette. I'm so glad I wasn't sitting behind him with this huge lump of hair in my face.

And today I saw an older man with all his hair brushed foward to hide his bald spot. But what was most wierd was that the iris of his hair (that part where all the hari twirls out of) started below his ear. Not at the tp of his head like most people. Freaked me out.

Well that enough follicle talk for a while. Except if a see that young woman with a bald spot again. Ehhhh

It seems I've also lost

It seems I've also lost PHP support with the server upgrade, so the add your comments part does not work. YAY

I've also waited over 3 months for a cheque for design work I did. I finally got it on Thursday. For half what I was expecting!!!!. I went to the bank and they didn't accept the cheque as it had a correction on it and hadn't fully been signed off.

So I wait again and now have to struggle to get paid the full amount I am owed.

Remember kiddies always get a contract and 50% upfront. Cause even your friends will fuck you over.
